How to Forward Calls on Boost, Amaysim, TPG & Other Australian Carriers
Not on Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone? No worries. Most smaller Australian carriers are MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) that run on one of the three major networks. Call forwarding works the same way because it is configured at the network level.
This guide covers every major MVNO in Australia, grouped by parent network. We show you how to set up permanent call forwarding so your AI receptionist catches every call you miss.
What is an MVNO?
An MVNO leases capacity from Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone/TPG instead of owning its own towers. Your calls and forwarding work identically to the parent network — same infrastructure, same codes, same settings. The only difference is who sends you the bill.
Quick Recap: Forwarding Types
No Answer ☆ Recommended

All Calls
Everything goes to TransferToAI. Phone never rings.
We recommend: Enable No Answer + Busy + Unreachable together for full coverage.

| Cancel ALL | ##002# |
How to Turn Off Forwarding

- Call your carrier — ask them to remove forwarding.
- Dialer code — dial
##002#to cancel ALL forwarding instantly.
Troubleshooting
No forwarding option in the app
Some smaller MVNOs don't expose forwarding in their app. Use the dialer codes instead — they work at the network level regardless of the carrier's app. Or call support and ask them to enable it.
Calls going to voicemail instead of TransferToAI
Your carrier's voicemail may intercept calls first. Dial ##002# to clear all forwarding including voicemail, then re-set forwarding to your TransferToAI number.
Prepaid account not forwarding
Most prepaid accounts require active credit. Top up and try again. The forwarding itself is free, but the account must be active.
Not sure which network your carrier uses
Check your carrier's website or call support. The dialer codes work identically across all three networks, so you can use them without knowing which network you are on.
Any Carrier. Any Plan. Never Miss a Lead.
Set up forwarding once and TransferToAI handles every call you can't answer — 24/7, in a real Aussie accent.
